Acupuncture

Get results now, and keep on healing. Acupuncture is very effective in helping with pain in the moment, but it is most profound in its ability to repair functional problems that are impeding your ability to heal yourself! A strong stepwise recovery is lasting and worth the investment in yourself.

Acupressure

Acupressure, an ancient healing art, uses the fingers to gradually press key points that stimulate the body's natural self-curative abilities. Acupressure Therapy is effective in the relief of stress-related ailments and is ideal for self-treatment and preventive healthcare for boosting the immune system. Acupressure releases tension, increases circulation, and reduces pain.

Chinese Herbal Medicine

Chinese herbology includes treatment with substances such as plants, roots, minerals and more. Like acupuncture, Chinese herbology has evolved as an integral part of Chinese medicine and is used to re-harmonize imbalances in the body.

Facial Rejuvenation

Facial rejuvenation acupuncture, or cosmetic acupuncture, is a painless, non-surgical treatment for facial and skin issues to improve acne, rosacea, wrinkles, and elasticity. This revitalization process is designed to help the whole body look and feel younger.

Spinal Release

Back pain (especially lower back pain) is a common chronic pain issue. Acupuncture is an ancient Chinese physical therapy that has become a popular and well-researched method for managing this pain. Treatment consists of inserting needles at various pressure points on the body and through the skin. To treat spinal pain we target energy (or “qi” in Chinese medicine) points for treatment.

Massage

Massage has been practiced for thousands of years. Today, if you need or want a massage, you can choose from a variety of massage therapy styles with a wide variety of pressures, movements, and techniques. These all involve pressing, rubbing, or manipulating muscles and other soft tissues with hands and fingers. Sometimes, even forearms, elbows, or feet are used. You can choose among many massage styles to get relief from symptoms or to heal injuries, to help with certain health conditions, and to promote overall wellness.

Nutritional Counseling

Chinese medicine believes that all foods have healing ability for the body. Each food has energetic qualities that can balance and heal disease. Our Clinic uses ancient and contemporary food theory to heal the body instead of going directly to pharmaceutical substitutes or even before Chinese Herbal Medicine in some cases.

Vibrational Sound Therapy

Vibrational Sound Therapy (VST) combines powerful vibration and sound to induce an immediate relaxed state. The induction of the sound waves directly into the body along with soothing ambient tones is such a strong treatment that clients report effects ranging from a meditative state to deep relaxation. By placing the therapeutic singing bowls directly on the body the client experiences the healing sensation both physically and aurally.
